RED carpet, RED jumpsuit - Outfit of the night - Venezia

Ok, lo ammetto, questo weekend al Lido di Venezia, per la 71esima Mostra del Cinema, non ci sono mai arrivata.

Ecco cosa vuol dire essere blogger, sì, ma prima di tutto product manager: blindata in ufficio a Milano fino a venerdi tardo pomeriggio, poi una corsa contro il tempo sull'A4, in ogni caso arrivo previsto in laguna non prima delle undici di sera. In poche parole, il red carpet non sono nemmeno riuscita a vederlo da lontano!

Mi dispiace non aver assistito a nessuna proiezione, visto la mia dichiarata passione per i film, ma resta ancora il prossimo weekend per la chiusura.

Intanto la mia soluzione qual è stata?! Semplice: mettermelo direttamente addosso, optando per un outfit total red. ;-)

Ed è così che per la tradizionale cena alla Pensione Wildner, fatta praticamente riaprire a tarda ora solo per noi (ma le tradizioni vanno rispettate e non si può parlare di serata al Festival di Venezia senza cena lì, non si discute!), il party in Palazzina G per il film di Owen Wilson She's Funny That Way e l'afterparty del PunksWearPrada al Casinò, la scelta è ricaduta su: tuta rosso acceso (non c'è niente di meglio di una tuta pantalone per risolvere qualsiasi problema look in un solo gesto..ormai ne ho l'armadio pieno!), pump dorate, clutch vintage e scialle nero (che per fortuna non è mai servito, il tempo per una volta è stato clemente!).

Come non immortalare questo outfit con una serie di scatti tra calli, moli e lampioni?!? Ci sarò stata centinaia di volte, ma continuo a pensare che non ci sia nulla di più magico e suggestivo di Venezia di sera!

Ok, that's true, last weekend I never got to Venice Lido for the 71th Film Festival.

That's what it means to be a blogger, yes, but first of all a product manager: stuck in office till late Friday afternoon, than a rush on the A4 highway, anyhow forecasted arrival time in the Laguna non earlier than 11 pm. In a few words, I didn't even manage to see the red carpet from a distance!

I regret I didn't watch any movie, knowing my declared passion for this sector, but there's still next weekend for the closing night. 

In the meantime, you know which was my solution?! That's easy: wearing it on myself opting for a total red outfit. ;-)

Ad so it happend that, for the traditional dinner at Pension Wildner, which we basically got reopened just for us late at night (but traditions need to be respected and I can't conceive a night at the Venice Film Festival without a dinner over there, no discussion!), the party at Palazzina G for Owen Wilson 's movie "She's Funny That Way" and the after party by PunksWearPrada at Casino, my choice fell onto: bright red jumpsuit (there's nothing better than a jumpsuit to solve any outfit problem in a single gesture..I actually have my wardrobe full of them!), golden pumps, vintage cluth and black scarf (which fortunately was useless as the climate for this one time was super good!).

How could I not shoot this outfit among the so many venetian spots?!? I've been there hundreds of times but I still think there's nothing more magic and suggestive than Venice by night!
